We at Waynes see our jobs as more than just a means to an end. It is more than a way to provide for our families, as important as that is. We see it as a chance to grow both professionally and personally, and to that end, we work to wake up each morning thinking about our role of servant through the lens of our shield that protects our business.
The four words around our shield remind us of the journey we are on of becoming a company of CHARACTER. For us, INTEGRITY is simply doing the right thing in the moment, even when no one is looking. COURAGE centers around communication and reminds us to say what needs to be said and hear what needs to be heard as both are critical to honest conversation. PERSEVERANCE means sticking with the job until it is done and done well. We do not work by the clock but by the job.

We say this is a journey, because we are all on this trek together and at various stages as we climb.
