1. Order your Wood Infestation Report and Termite Warranty today!
2. Once received, your order will be processed and your termite inspection
   will be scheduled. Your Wayne’s Inspection Specialist will perform a thorough
   visible inspection of the property for Wood Destroying Insects and will be prepared
   to make appropriate recommendations.
3. After completion of your inspection, a Wayne’s Termite Professional will design a
   termite protection solution customized for the property featuring either Wayne’s
   Sentricon™ System or Wayne’s Traditional Soil Barrier with Termidor. If any areas of
   active termites or other wood destroying insects exist, recommendations will be
   made so that appropriate action can be taken to resolve those issues.
4. Pertinent termite closing information will be processed by a Wayne’s Real Estate
   Specialist, packaged in a professional manner and delivered prior to closing.
